* Routing note (Tibet → Shenzhen → US): Due to Tibet’s unique geography, items are first transferred from our origin facilities in Tibet to the international shipping hub in Shenzhen before final dispatch to U.S. recipients. This additional leg extends overall transit time. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

  • Deliveries occur Monday–Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.

  • Delivery windows typically begin one business day after your order is placed.

  • You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your package leaves our distribution center or one of our stores.

All orders are processed automatically—we’re unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

  • Registered users: monitor shipment details in My Orders.

  • Guests: use Follow Your Order with the order number from your confirmation email.


Payment Methods

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Diners, Discover.

  • A pre-authorization is required to place an order; your card is charged when the order ships.

  • Quick Buy lets you securely save card details for faster future checkout.

Online Payments: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna.

  • Your account is charged once your order has shipped.

  • For details, please refer to your payment provider.


Where Is My Order?

  • Track anytime on the Track Your Order page using the order number in your confirmation email.

  • Registered users can also view full details in My Account → Order History (My Orders).

  • You can additionally track on the carrier’s website with the tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email.


Can I Choose a Delivery Date/Time?

Sorry, specific delivery dates/times cannot be scheduled.
Your tracking number appears in the Shipping Confirmation email.


Where Do Orders Ship From?

Orders are fulfilled from our Tibet distribution centers and may be split into multiple shipments.


What If My Order Hasn’t Arrived?

If delivery exceeds the estimated window, please:

  1. Check order status

    • Registered users: My Orders

    • Guests: Follow Your Order (enter the order number from your confirmation email)

  2. Verify the delivery address to ensure it was entered correctly.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to Puerto Rico, General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO. Orders to these addresses will be canceled.

Your delivery address must match the country site where you place the order. Orders placed on a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site from the link in the corner of every page.
