Returns and Refunds


You may return any product purchased on the Himalayan Whisper Online Store within 15 days from the delivery date.

How to Return

1.   Complete the Return Form.

2.   Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted or refunded.

3.   After submitting the Return Form, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. Affix it to the original box (or a similarly sturdy box), covering the original shipping label.

4.   Drop off your parcel at a carrier pickup location.

Note: Online orders cannot be returned in Himalayan Whisper stores at this time. For the fastest service, please use the online return process.

Once your package arrives at our U.S. office, please allow 3–7 business days (subject to peak periods) for processing. If the returned item does not meet the conditions in our Terms & Conditions, it will be sent back to you. When your return is accepted, we will issue your refund and send a confirmation email.

Are returns free?

Return shipping fees are your responsibility. You are responsible for the cost of sending the product back to our facility.

Can I combine returns from different parcels?

No. Please return each parcel separately, using the individual return label you receive after submitting the Return Form.

I decided to keep my order but already completed the Return Form. What should I do?

Great—there’s nothing else you need to do, and you don’t need to contact us.


Refunds

We typically accept returns within 3–7 business days of their arrival at our U.S. office. Once accepted, we will request the reimbursement immediately and send you a confirmation email.

Refund timing by payment method:

  • Credit Card: Our bank initiates the refund within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. Posting time depends on your card issuer.
  • PayPal: The refund usually appears in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
  • Online payment methods (Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay): As with credit cards, our bank initiates the refund within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. Posting time depends on your card issuer.

I want to return a gift. How does the refund work?

Refunds are issued to the original payment account only. For security reasons, we cannot refund a different account.

Can I receive my refund on a different credit card?

For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.
