1) E-commerce Operations Manager (1)

Role Overview
Own commercial growth and operational excellence across our owned site, marketplace partners, and social-commerce channels—balancing revenue, margin, and brand integrity for Himalayan/Tibetan products.

Key Responsibilities (detailed)

  • Build annual/quarterly growth plans with revenue, margin, and inventory targets; manage weekly trading rhythm and business reviews.

  • Own merchandise planning: assortment depth, launch cadence, pricing ladders, bundles, limited drops, and end-of-season strategies.

  • Stand up promotion calendar (BFCM, Lunar New Year, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc.); define offer mechanics, guardrails, and post-event readouts.

  • Create and maintain operating dashboards (conversion, AOV, LTV, CAC/ROAS, return/claim rates, page speed, availability); lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Coordinate demand/supply: forecast by collection/SKU, set safety stock and reorder points; align with sourcing and 3PL/warehouse on inbound/outbound SLAs.
