What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays).
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Available options may vary by location and device at checkout.
Can I add or remove items after placing an order?
Orders are processed automatically. Once confirmed, we can’t modify order details.
To purchase additional items, please place a new order.
To return eligible items, please follow our Return Policy.
If my order has multiple items, will they ship together?
Items in a multi-item order may ship separately. You’ll receive individual shipments as they’re ready.
Your total charge remains the same as shown in your order confirmation email.
Where is my order?
Track your order anytime using your order number on the Track Your Order page.
Registered users can also view details under My Account → Order History.
You can track shipments on the carrier’s website with the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
Where can I return an order?
You may return unused items purchased from the Himalayan Whisper Online Store within 30 days of delivery.
Simply complete and submit the online Return Form to receive return instructions and the return address by email.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for standard returns, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.
If you received the wrong item, or an item arrived damaged/defective, please contact us and we’ll assist with next steps.
How do I reset my account password?
On any login screen, click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
If you’re already logged in, go to Account → Profile to change your password.
Can I save products to favorites?
Yes. Click the save/favorite icon on any product or product detail page to save it.
Saved items are easy to find later, you may receive low-stock alerts, and you can checkout faster.
