What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

What payment methods are available?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Can I add or remove items after placing an order?
Orders are processed automatically. Once confirmed, we can’t modify order details.
To purchase additional items, please place a new order. To return items, follow our Return Policy.
If my order has multiple items, will they ship together?
Items in a multi-item order may ship separately. You’ll receive individual shipments as they’re ready.
Your total charge remains the same as shown in your order confirmation email.
Where is my order?
Track your order anytime using your order number on the Track Your Order page.
Registered users can also view details under My Account → Order History.
You can track shipments on the carrier’s website with the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
Are returns free?
Yes. Returns are free—there is no charge to send items back to our warehouse.
Where can I return an order?
You may return unused items purchased from the Himalayan Whisper Online Store within 20 days of delivery.
Simply complete and submit the online Return Form to receive your pre-paid return instructions.
How do I reset my account password?
On any login screen, click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
If you’re already logged in, go to Account → Profile to change your password.
Can I save products to favorites?
Yes. Click the cart icon on any product or product detail page to save it.
Saved items are easy to find later, you may receive low-stock alerts, and you can checkout faster from your cart.
